Aida Hernandez

Aida Hernandez has over a decade of experience in the aerospace industry, currently serving as a Propulsion Engineer at Boeing since June 2007. In this role, Aida has contributed to certification activities, including Flight Testing for major aircraft such as the 747-8/GEnx-2B and 777X/GE9X Engine Systems, while overseeing critical propulsion system components. Prior to this position, Aida was the President of the Puget Sound Professional Chapter of the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers from July 2010 to July 2011. Aida holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Los Angeles.
