Akhea Mitchell

Akhea Mitchell, MBA, is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, with an expected completion in 2025. Previously, Akhea served as a Human Resources Business Partner at Boeing in 2023, where responsibilities included Learning and Development. Akhea also gained valuable experience as a Lead Mentor for the National Society of Black Engineers in 2018 and as a Campaign Intern for Keisha Lance Bottoms during her mayoral campaign in 2017. Other roles include a Talent and Culture Intern at Bounteous in 2020 and a Student Fellow at the National Sales Network in 2019.
