Alison Lauderbach is a seasoned engineer and Senior Systems Engineering Manager with a robust history of developing solutions across various technical domains. Currently, Alison oversees Development Excellence within Enterprise Engineering Processes, Practices, and Tools at Boeing, focusing on optimizing the information network for program development. Previously, Alison contributed to the Boeing-Wisk collaboration as the Senior Systems Engineering Functional Leader and led transformative initiatives in Model Based Engineering during her management tenure at Boeing. Alison began their career at Boeing as a Software Engineer, enhancing test system architectures for various aircraft platforms. Alison holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Engineering from Gonzaga University.
