They have held various positions at Boeing, ranging from Propulsion Analysis Engineer to 737 Final Assembly Operations Manager, and have a strong background in engineering and operations management. Allen earned a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida, as well as an MBA and a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
