Allen Hollander is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in executive coaching, leadership development, and team building. As President of Hollander & Kerrick Associates, Inc. since 1996, Allen has focused on conflict resolution and leadership enhancement. Additionally, Allen serves as a Consultant & Faculty at Boeing, facilitating management development programs for early career managers. Previously, Allen was a lead faculty member at GE's Crotonville, delivering courses on various leadership competencies. Allen has also taught at Hult International School of Business and led a successful experiential training program at Boston University. Allen holds a BS in Biology from Clark University, a Certificate in Organizational Development from Teachers College, Columbia University, and an MST in Environmental Education from Antioch University New England.
