Allen Toma

Allen Toma is a quality leader currently serving as the Senior Quality Manager at Boeing since 2021. Previously, Allen held various roles at Boeing, including Senior Manufacturing Manager and Manufacturing Technician Team Leader, where they supervised teams, developed business plans, and implemented process improvements. Prior experience includes working as a Manufacturing Manager, Acting Manufacturing Manager, and a Responder/Control Room Supervisor Delegate at Securitas Security Services – Microsoft. Allen also worked in the HVAC field as a technician and foreman at A to Z Construction, Heating & A/C. Allen earned an Associate’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Skagit Valley College, as well as a degree in MRI Technology from West Coast Ultrasound Institute.
