Alvimar Lucena is a Flight Operations Expert who has accumulated over 13 years of experience in civil aviation oversight, focusing on flight operations, aircraft certification, and simulator qualification. After serving as the head of various divisions at Brazil's National Civil Aviation Agency and the Aerospace Science and Technology Department, Alvimar transitioned to the Instituto de Pesquisas e Ensaios em Voo, where roles included Flight Test Engineer and Head of Innovation Management.
