They previously held roles at Ocean Peace Inc as an HR Generalist and at Cascade Fishing Inc as a Recruiting Specialist, where they led full-cycle recruiting and workforce planning initiatives. Amanda has contributed to The Boeing Company in multiple senior HR business partner positions, focusing on areas such as security, finance, and IT. They earned a Master of Professional Studies in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Penn State University, as well as a BS in Psychology from Washington State University.
