Amar Patel is a seasoned aerospace engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership and technical roles across multiple prestigious organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Boeing since June 2017, Amar focuses on people and project leadership, skill development, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement. Previous roles include Engineering Manager for Product Design & Integration at Boeing and Senior Technical Leader at UTC Aerospace Systems, where contributions included military and commercial programs, project management, and technology development. With a foundational background as a Technical Specialist at Tech Mahindra and an early research focus at Aeronautical Development Agency, Amar holds a Master of Technology in Aerospace Manufacturing & Maintenance Management and a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering.
