Amber Hassan

Amber Hassan is an experienced legal professional, currently serving as Senior Counsel at Boeing Defense, Space & Security, where they manage complex U.S. Government contract matters and regulatory compliance. With previous roles including Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Vectrus, and various positions at Lockheed Martin and the United States Air Force, Amber has developed expertise in government contracts, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. Amber's legal career is distinguished by significant accomplishments, such as receiving the DoD's Meritorious Civilian Service Award in 2013. Amber is pursuing a Doctor of Law (J.D.) at Suffolk University Law School and holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Brandeis University.
