Andrea Barp

Andrea Barp is a seasoned Model Driven Engineering (MDE) and Lean Systems Engineering professional with extensive experience in the aerospace industry. They worked at Embraer from 1982 to 2020, holding various roles including Engineering Functional and Organizational Architecting and Virtual Systems Integration R&D, where they were instrumental in developing processes and tools that enhanced the company's engineering capabilities. Andrea also served as a Senior Systems Engineer at Boeing since 2022. They began their career as a professor at Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (ITA), where they earned their degree in 1981.
