Andrew Fabian

Andrew Fabian is a Senior Operations Manager focusing on the 777/777X Wings at Boeing, where they oversee production control and lead a large team in achieving operational goals. They hold dual Master’s degrees in Business Administration and Mechanical Engineering from the MIT Sloan School of Management and MIT School of Engineering, respectively, earned while participating in the Leaders for Global Operations program. Andrew's experience includes managing technology program integration and leading initiatives to improve enterprise-wide processes at Boeing. They also completed internships at GE Aviation, where they contributed to manufacturing efficiency and engine health monitoring software.
