Andrew Hartman is an aviation and safety leader with over 20 years of experience in the United States Army, Air Force, and Boeing. They served as an Electrical/Environmental Systems Craftsman on KC-135 and F-16 aircraft in the Air Force, where they managed teams and ensured maintenance standards. In the Army, Andrew took on roles from pilot to course manager, instructing future aviators on mission planning. Currently, as the Chief Engineer and Senior Manager at Boeing, they oversee training and engineering for the AH-64 Apache and AH-6 Little Bird. They hold an Associate of Science in Aviation Maintenance and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
