Andy Ross is a seasoned aerospace leader with extensive experience in project management, technical leadership, and test engineering. They have held pivotal roles at organizations such as Lockheed Martin, Sikorsky, and NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, where they managed complex aerospace projects and led cross-functional teams. Andy's expertise spans from propulsion engineering to test planning, where they demonstrated a commitment to process optimization and stakeholder collaboration. Currently, they are pursuing a Master’s Degree in Astronautical Engineering at the University of Southern California while previously earning a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Maryland College Park.
