Anisa Dotson

Anisa Dotson is currently the Business Operations Manager for a business unit in Boeing's Commercial Airplanes division, where they lead a team responsible for major projects and capital management. Prior to this role, Anisa held various positions at Boeing, including Senior Manager of Program Management, where they institutionalized Program Management Best Practices, and Manager of Financial Operations, where they achieved top quartile employee engagement results. Anisa began their career as a Financial Analyst at Owens Corning before joining Boeing in 2006.
