Anissa Fleming

Anissa Fleming, MBA, is a seasoned supply chain optimization leader with over six years of experience at Boeing, where they currently spearhead supply chain fulfillment with an emphasis on safety, cost, quality, and compliance. Their work has led to significant organizational enhancements through the introduction of standard work and key performance indicators, driving continuous improvement initiatives. Prior to their role at Boeing, Anissa served as a Supply Chain Manager in the United States Air Force from 1998 to 2010. They are pursuing an Associate of Arts at Pierce College and an MBA in Finance from American InterContinental University.
