Anji Webb

Anji Webb has extensive experience in HR technology and systems, currently serving in HR Systems & Services at Boeing since December 2021. Prior to this role, Anji held positions at LSEG as Head of HR Technology from February to December 2021 and at Refinitiv, also as Head of HR Technology from January 2020 to February 2021. Anji's previous experience includes serving as Vice President of HR Systems & Operations at Amynta Group, where responsibilities included establishing HR Operations and implementing technology solutions post-divestiture. Anji also worked at KPMG US in HR Technology and Advisory, contributing to HR transformation and technology implementations. Anji holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from Montana State University Billings and a Human Resources Management Certificate from UCLA.
