Anuj Kumar Goel

Anuj Kumar Goel, PhD, currently serves as an Associate Reliability Engineer at Boeing since August 2025. Prior to this role, Anuj was a Senior Research Fellow at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur from October 2020 to August 2025, where significant contributions were made in the development of cost-effective condition monitoring algorithms and fault diagnosis techniques utilizing MEMS sensors for rotating machinery. Anuj's earlier experience includes working as a Project Engineer at Macawber Beekay Pvt Ltd. from March 2019 to October 2020, overseeing the installation and commissioning of ash and coal handling systems at thermal power plants while ensuring quality assurance and resolving mechanical issues. Anuj holds a PhD in Reliability Analysis & Fault Diagnosis of Rotating Machinery from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, a Master’s Degree in Cryogenics and Vacuum Technology from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela, and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College, Ghaziabad.
