Asha Rao

Asha Rao possesses extensive experience in quality engineering, auditing, and project management within the aerospace and defense sectors. Asha began as a Contracts Intern at GTSI Financial Services, Inc. and progressed to various roles at Boeing, including Quality Engineering Manager, where leadership of over 20 Quality Engineers and Specialists was key. Asha's responsibilities encompassed nonconformance management, cross-functional projects, and compliance with government regulations. A track record of conducting strategic audits and risk assessments further underscores Asha's expertise in governance processes, leading to significant process improvements. Asha's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Management Information Systems from Arizona State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Missouri University of Science and Technology. Currently, Asha holds the position of Quality Engineering and Program Manager for USAF Programs at Boeing.
