Barbara Wood is an IT Manager with over 30 years of experience in Information Technology, including over 20 years in leadership roles. Currently, they are a Product Specialist in IT Global Training and Aviation Services at Boeing, where they facilitate process improvements and unblock teams. Barbara's Boeing career began in 2001, with significant contributions as a project lead and team lead across various teams, enhancing Agile methodologies. Barbara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Information Systems from the University of Washington and has a passion for family, cooking, and running, having completed numerous half marathons and a full marathon.
