Becky Smith

Becky Smith is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and technology strategy at Boeing since August 2018, serving as Director of Enterprise Technology Strategy and Director of Commercial Small Autonomous Systems. Prior to this, Becky participated in a dual-masters program as a Leaders for Global Operations Fellow at MIT while also working as a Boeing Engineering Manager. Becky has held various roles at Boeing since 2003, including Enterprise Engineering Manager and 787-10 Research & Technology Manager, focusing on engineering excellence and production system strategies. In addition to a research fellowship at Amazon during 2017, Becky holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from MIT, along with a Master’s in Business Administration and a B.S. in Electro-Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University.
