Ben Joy

Ben Joy is a seasoned UX design professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the UX Lead at Boeing, Ben is responsible for developing an innovative e-commerce platform for Training Solutions aimed at transforming training resource accessibility in the aviation sector. Prior roles include Senior Design Lead at PenFed Credit Union, Designer at Portland General Electric, and Senior Design Lead at Actian Corporation, where Ben focused on cloud platform strategies and user experience enhancements. Previous experience also includes significant contributions to FedEx Services, Schlumberger, Navistar Inc, TD, Kohl's Department Stores, and POSH Consultancy & Services, encompassing responsibilities from user research to high fidelity prototyping and collaborative design practices. Ben holds a degree in Graphic Design from the University of Illinois Springfield.
