Benjamin Egan

Benjamin Egan is a people-focused culture shaper working to grow the next generation of leaders. Currently serving as the Production Engineering Core Skills Team Manager at Boeing, Benjamin has amassed over a decade of experience in manufacturing, including significant roles such as Project Engineer on the F-35 jet engine and international offload manager for the 747/767 program. They hold degrees in Physics and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin and have been recognized as 747 Engineer of the Year in 2018. Additionally, Benjamin is actively involved in Boeing's Leadership Next Program, aiming to foster diversity and inclusion within their team. Outside of their professional life, Benjamin is a parent to three children, balancing family life with interests in video games, racing cars, and photography.
