Benjamin Peterson

Benjamin Peterson is a Human Resources Business Partner at Boeing, supporting the Production Engineering and Sensors and Special Programs within Boeing Defense, Space, & Security's Air Dominance Engineering. Previously, Benjamin was a student athlete at Penn State University, where they dedicated over 30 hours a week to training and competition. Benjamin also completed a two-year Human Resources rotational program at Boeing, gaining diverse experience across various HR functions. They hold a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations and a Bachelor’s degree in Labor and Employment Relations, both from Penn State University.
