Brett Martin has extensive experience in the aviation industry, having served as a Training Captain at British Airways and an Air Defence Weaponeering Instructor in the Royal Air Force. They held roles as a Consultant TRI/TRE for multiple aircraft types at various organizations, including Boeing UK Training and Flight Services and Monarch Technical Support. Currently, Brett is the Fleet Lead for B777 and B787 Training in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, as well as the Deputy Chief Flying Instructor at Boeing. Since 2000, they have also been involved in designing and delivering Human Factors and Leadership training through Silver Fern (Sussex) Limited.
