Boeing has three business units that they operate across: Commercial Airplanes, Defense, Space & Security, and Boeing Global Services. The more functional organizations across the company are engineering, program management, technology and development-program execution, advanced design and manufacturing systems, safety, finance, quality and productivity improvement, and information technology. Boeing's Commercial Airplanes business unit is known for their 737, 747, 767, 777 and 787 families of airplanes and the Boeing Business Jet range. 10,000 Boeing-built commercial jetliners are in service worldwide. Their Defense, Space & Security business unit is known for their KC-46 aerial refueling aircraft, AH-64 Apache helicopter; the 702 family of satellites; CST-100 Starliner spacecraft; and the autonomous Echo Voyager. The Boeing Global Services business unit works to deliver service solutions for commercial, defense, and space customers. They offer cost-competitive service solutions to make sure the aircraft is operating at high efficiency. Lastly, the Boeing Capital Corporation is the financial provider for Boeing customers. They make sure that customers have the financing to buy and take delivery of their Boeing products.
