Bryan Wells is a thought leader at Boeing Engineering Strategy & Operations, where they lead the use of Agile and Lean methodologies to enable 60,000 engineers to implement Design Practices and Technical Design Reviews. With 26 years of engineering experience, Bryan excels in helping program leaders navigate complex challenges while achieving cost reductions and quality improvements. Previously, they transformed Boeing's operational practices by developing an Enterprise strategy for the Scaled Agile Framework and coaching executives in critical thinking. Bryan also served as an adjunct professor at the University of Maine, employing interactive teaching methods to impart software engineering principles to students.
