Calum Smith

Calum Smith is a Senior Systems Engineer (Human Factors) at Boeing, where they focus on human factors integration in defense aviation. They served as the Technical Director at Hu-Tech Human Factors from 2004 to 2021 and held positions as a Higher Scientific Officer at both the UK Ministry of Defence and the Health and Safety Executive earlier in their career. Calum's expertise in ergonomics and human factors was further developed through consultancy roles at HFE Solutions and as a Student Ergonomist at the Institute of Occupational Medicine. They earned an MSc(Eng) in Ergonomics and Work Design from the University of Birmingham.
