Carlo Rao is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in aerospace engineering and systems management, notably serving as the Site Manager for Systems Engineering at The Boeing Company from March 1999 until retirement. Rao ensured the effective implementation of systems engineering best practices for various significant programs, including the AH-64 Apache and Unmanned Systems.
