Carlos Rascon

Carlos Rascon is a seasoned aerospace engineering professional with extensive experience at Boeing since December 2005, currently serving as Sr. Manager for 737 Production Engineering. Carlos has held various senior management positions encompassing production engineering roles for the 777/777X, 787, and KC-46 programs, where responsibilities included leading cross-functional teams, defining build plan strategies, and improving production system health. Prior to Boeing, Carlos was a management trainee at Lyon Conklin and Company Inc. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from Penn State University, an M.S. in Systems Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology, and associates degrees in Engineering and Mathematics from Arizona Western College.
