Caroline Saxton

Caroline Saxton is a Senior Manager in Loads & Dynamics within the Flight Sciences division at Boeing, where extensive experience spans from September 2004 to the present. Caroline has held various managerial roles focusing on safety, certification, and integration in product development, including efforts to enhance structural analysis efficiencies and compliance collaboration with regulators. Previous positions include Manager of Structures Engineering, where innovative test verification methods were implemented, and Certification Project Integration Manager, overseeing the certification and delivery processes for major aircraft models. Prior to Boeing, Caroline served as a Flight Test Engineer for Leonardo. Academic credentials include master's and bachelor's degrees in Aerospace Engineering and Applied Science from Carleton University and Queen's University, respectively, along with certificates from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Systems Engineering and Leadership Principles.
