Carrie Swanson

Carrie Swanson is a Human Resources Leader at Boeing, where they currently support Commercial Airplanes Engineering and serve as the interim HR leader for Space, Intelligence, and Weapons Systems. Previously, they held the role of Human Resources Manager and Executive Director for the Employees Community Fund of Boeing California, shaping employee engagement strategy. With a background as an Employment Law Attorney, Carrie also contributed as a Board Member for Susan G. Komen for the Cure Orange County and Working Wardrobes. They have been instrumental in fostering inclusive workplace cultures and developing talent strategies across the Boeing organization. Carrie is pursuing education at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
