Casey Burt graduated from Gonzaga University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 2015 and later earned a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southern California in 2019. Casey completed the Propulsion Systems Divisions Rotation Program at Boeing Commercial Airplanes in December 2017, where they served as Lead of BCA Opportunities for New Experiences, focusing on early-career development and technical projects. Their experience in various engineering roles at Boeing has equipped them with extensive leadership skills and flight test knowledge, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within their teams. Throughout their career, Casey has prioritized creating sustainable changes in the workplace that empower others.
