Cathleen Gotsch

Cathleen Gotsch is a seasoned professional in the engineering field, currently serving as the Senior Manager for Electromagnetic Environmental Effects at Boeing since February 2014. With a robust background that includes roles such as Program Manager and Product Line Leader for Boeing AvionX, Cathleen has led the development of avionics computing solutions for various programs, from commercial UAVs to military applications. Prior to Boeing, experience includes positions as a Field Applications Engineer at Future Electronics and a Systems Engineer at Stauder Technologies, along with significant contributions as a Senior Engineering Specialist at DRS Sustainment Systems, Inc. Cathleen holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, both from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
