Celso Mendonca

Celso Mendonca is an experienced mechanical aeronautical engineer with a robust history in flight dynamics modeling, parameter identification, simulation, and testing. They worked at Embraer from 2001 to 2013, where they served as a Flight Test Engineer and later as Supervisor of Flight Test Engineering, leading significant flight test campaigns. From 2021 to 2023, they held the position of Head of Flight Test Engineering at Helibras, and they are currently a Senior Flight Deck Engineer at Boeing, focusing on the 777-9 development project. Celso earned a PhD in modeling, simulation, and testing, and has continually contributed to various R&D projects, including leading international initiatives on aircraft ice detection.
