Chad Meis

Chad Meis is a senior manager specializing in flight test program management and engineering workforce development, currently leading the 777-9 flight test value stream at Boeing. They began their career as an electrical engineering intern at Korry Electronics before progressing to roles as a flight test engineer and later as an engineering manager at Boeing. Chad earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, with Computer Engineering and a minor in Physics from Seattle Pacific University, and a Master of Engineering in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Cornell University. They are passionate about empowering individuals to excel and positively influence their communities.
