Charles Bridges

Charles Bridges, MHR, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in total rewards and compensation management, currently serving as Sr. Manager and Total Rewards Partner at Boeing since January 2015. Charles has held various roles, including interim Sr. Compensation Leader and Compensation Process Specialist, and actively participated in the HR Career Foundation Program, focusing on diverse HR functions across multiple business units. Previous experience includes an HR internship at Halliburton, where Charles contributed to international HR initiatives, and a decade-long tenure at Bank of America, where leadership roles involved managing customer service teams and enhancing operational efficiency. Charles holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and a degree in Retail Management from the University of South Carolina.
