Charles Raley is currently the Senior Counsel for Boeing Commercial Airplanes, focusing on engineering and regulations. They lead the Western Enforcement Team at the FAA, where they handle enforcement cases in the Western Pacific and Northwest Mountain regions, and serve as the Unmanned Aircraft Systems Team Lead. With over 20 years of aviation experience, Raley has a strong background in litigation, policy, and corporate law, having received numerous awards for their legal accomplishments while working at the FAA. They earned a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School and hold degrees in Political Science and Global Leadership.
