Charles Toups is a retired Vice President and General Manager of Disruptive Computing and Networks at Boeing, with a distinguished career in engineering and management. Between 2008 and 2010, they led a 30,000-person international engineering organization at Boeing Defense Systems, implementing a quality initiative that enhanced engineering productivity. Previously, they managed a team of 3,800 employees at Network and Tactical Systems, generating $4 billion in revenue while driving cost reduction efforts.
