Chris Richardson

Chris Richardson is an experienced aerospace systems design engineer currently serving as the Engineering Chief of Staff at Boeing, having held significant leadership roles since 2019. Previously, Chris led the 787 Systems ECS Integration team, overseeing a group of over 100 Systems Engineers and managing critical deliverables to ensure program milestones were met. Prior to their tenure at Boeing, Chris worked as a project administrator at Icom America and in accounts payable at Ajilon Finance. Chris holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Maryland College Park, an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Project Management from Stanford University, and is pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Cyber/Electronic Operations and Warfare at the University of Maryland University College.
