Christopher Hayes has extensive experience at Boeing, serving in various leadership roles since August 2006. Currently, Christopher operates as the Structures Engineering Leader for the 767 program, focusing on Forward/Mid Fuselage and Floor structures. Previous positions include Production Engineering Manager, overseeing a team of Product Review Engineers, and Quality Engineering Manager/Product Manager, where Christopher led the development of an integrated production system. Additionally, participation in the Leadership Next program and contributions as a Lead Supplier Liaison MRB Engineer for North American suppliers have enhanced Christopher's expertise in resolving complex manufacturing issues. Prior to a full-time role, Christopher gained valuable experience as an Engineering Liaison (MRB) Intern at Boeing in mid-2005. Education includes a Master of Business Administration from the UW Foster School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University.
