Cindy Chapman

Cindy Chapman is currently a Trade Control Manager at Boeing, a position they have held since 2013. Previously, they worked as a Joint and Multinational Integration Division Director at the System of Systems Integration Directorate, Department of the Army, from 2004 to 2013. Prior to that, they served as an International Agreements Team Leader and International Armaments Cooperation Staff Officer at the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Defense Exports and Cooperation from 1997 to 2004. Cindy also completed a Deputy Program Manager role focused on Foreign Military Sales at Naval Air Systems Command between 1990 and 1997, following their experience as a Logistics Intern. They earned a Master’s degree in International Business from St. Louis University and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management from the University of Missouri-Rolla.
