Connor McLean

Lean Practitioner

Connor McLean has a diverse professional background with hands-on experience in both construction and aerospace industries. Starting as a Laborer at Murray Franklyn from July 2012 to September 2013, Connor engaged in manual labor for home construction and progressed to a Project Manager Intern role, managing schedules for multiple houses. Prior experience includes working as a Sandwich Artist at Subway, where Connor initiated a healthy lunch program for students. At Boeing from July 2016 to January 2019, Connor served as a Change Management Specialist, successfully handling over 500 Requests For Supplier Quotes for major aircraft models, and contributed as a Lean Practitioner and Program Planning & Control Intern, enhancing operational efficiency and documentation processes. Connor holds a Master's Certificate in Lean Project Management from Villanova University, a BS in Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management from Western Washington University, and a Master's degree in Lean Manufacturing from Kettering University.
