Craig Pepper

Research Program Lead

Craig Pepper is an experienced technical professional with a strong background in simulation and defence industries. Craig served as Technical Manager at Tenix from June 1999 to March 2005, overseeing the Advanced Air Defence Simulator and leading visual simulation efforts. Following this, Craig worked at Thales from March 2005 to December 2007 as a Domain Expert in Simulation Architecture, recognized as a technical authority in the field. From December 2007 to March 2013, Craig was the Technical Lead at Boeing Defence Australia, contributing to the Systems Analysis Laboratory. In March 2014, Craig took on the role of Research Program Lead for the World Building project at Boeing, then advanced to Chief Engineer for Phantom Works Strategic Development, managing international experimentation and simulation activities. Craig's career commenced at CSC from June 1992 to June 1999 as a Technical Lead focused on visual simulation and submarine combat training systems. Craig holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computational and Applied Mathematics from the University of New South Wales, completed between 1984 and 1987.
