Crystal Allison

Crystal Allison (M.Ed.) is a seasoned professional with nearly 15 years of experience in leadership and program management, currently serving as the Senior Project Management Training and Development Service Owner at Boeing Global Services. Previously, Crystal held various roles at Western Washington University, including Financial Aid Operations Manager and Dean of Financial Aid & Veterans Education, where they supervised teams and managed multi-million dollar aid programs. Crystal's strong focus on process optimization and cross-functional collaboration has led to significant improvements in efficiency and communication throughout their career. They earned a Master of Education in Continuing and College Education and hold dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in English and Business Administration from Western Washington University.
