Crystal Nicholson is the Senior Manager of GSOC Emergency Dispatch, where they manage a team of dispatchers for the GSOC’s 24x7x365 operations within the Boeing enterprise. Crystal previously served as the GSOC Communications Manager from 2019 to 2021, overseeing emergency and non-emergency services while developing training programs to enhance team proficiency. Prior to their tenure at Boeing, they worked as a Ski Patroller at Arizona Snowbowl Resort from 1999 to 2010. Crystal is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Emergency Management at Northern Arizona University.
