Crystal currently serves as the Executive Director of Workforce Strategy at Boeing, where responsibilities include aligning workforce strategies with organizational objectives. Previously, Crystal was a Principal Workforce Strategist at Amazon Web Services, where a comprehensive Workforce Planning strategy was developed. Other notable roles include establishing a Workforce Planning Center of Excellence at Blue Origin and serving as a Senior Program Manager at Amazon, where Crystal led labor planning initiatives for groundbreaking projects like Amazon Go.
