Curt Graeber is an independent aviation professional and the founder of The Graeber Group Ltd., a consultancy focused on human performance and aviation safety, drawing on over 30 years of global aerospace experience. Their early career included roles as a research psychologist in the US Army and at Walter Reed Army Institute of Research. Graeber then served as a human factors specialist for the Presidential Commission on the Space Shuttle Challenger Accident and held various leadership positions at Boeing Commercial Airplanes until 2008. Currently, they work as an independent consultant, advising airlines and regulatory bodies while participating in multiple industry committees. Graeber earned a B.A. magna cum laude in Psychology from SUNY Binghamton and a Ph.D. in Physiological Psychology from the University of Virginia.
