Damon Pimlott

Damon Pimlott serves as the Advisory Board Chairman for the MENA region at Metapilot Academy and is the Regional Talent Acquisition Leader for Boeing, overseeing talent strategies across the METACA region. Concurrently, Damon holds the position of Head of Commercial at LYNEports, focusing on integrating electric air mobility with urban development. Previously, Damon was the Head of Aircraft Production & Integration at Lilium, managing multiple aircraft production projects, and has held various interim leadership roles in talent and systems management. Damon's career also includes significant positions at Boeing, Micron Technology, and the UK's Ministry of Defence, along with founding a recruitment consultancy. Damon is pursuing dual MBA degrees in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Emirates Aviation University and Coventry University.
