Dan Onu

Dan Onu is a Senior Flight Controls Engineer at Boeing, where they provide technical direction for future airplane programs using Model-Based Design (MBD) and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE). Previously, Dan served as a Lead Flight Controls Engineer and a Flight Controls Engineer at Boeing, where they were involved in the design and implementation of flight-control systems, contributing to projects including the 787, 777, and other models. Dan’s career includes roles in advanced technology development at Tektronix and academia as an Assistant Professor, complemented by a Master of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Oregon State University. Their work is marked by a strong aptitude for creative innovation and the development of safety-critical systems.
